CloveRank Privacy Policy

CloveRank is an internal tool operated by CloveDesk and used only by the CloveDesk team for our own websites.
Google data we access (read-only, with our own consent)
- Google Search Console: search queries, clicks, impressions, click-through rate and positions.
- Google Analytics: page traffic and engagement.
- Google Ads Keyword Planner: search volume, trends, competition and keyword ideas.
- The email address of the connected Google account, to show which account is connected.
How we use it
Only to plan and measure content for our own websites. We do not use Google data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties. No humans read the data except our own team, and it is not used to train AI models.
Storage and security
Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure with access limited to our team. We keep data only as long as needed for content planning, and delete it when the connection is removed.
Limited Use
CloveRank’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your control
Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting in CloveRank deletes the stored tokens.
